From June 22 to June 24, the IT office will be moving all data from www.utsouthern.edu to utsouthern.edu. With this necessary transition, some services such as email, Teams, and OneDrive may be impacted. If you teach on Teams or are planning any Teams meetings during the designated transition time, we ask that you plan in advance in case the Teams application is impacted. We want to thank you all for your cooperation, and we hope to have everything transferred to utsouthern.edu by end of day on June 24.

Please also note that some of you have already received communication regarding your new email address with UT Southern. The new emails will go into effect on June 25.

If you have any questions regarding your new email address or the data transfer, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the IT office.
