SUMMARY:Two George Bernard Shaw One Acts: How He Lied to Her Husband and The Dark Lady of the Sonnets
DESCRIPTION:Two George Bernard Shaw One-Acts: How He Lied to Her Husband and The Dark Lady of the Sonnets is a theatre event involving two pieces by beloved playwright Shaw. In How He lied to Her Husband\, a star-crossed love affair leads to a hilarious ending as a young poet finds himself caught between his idealized beloved and her husband. The Dark Lady of the Sonnets shows us a fun take on Shakespeare as he tries to have a clandestine meeting with the Dark Lady of his sonnets but inadvertently bumps into and offends Elizabeth I.
