DESCRIPTION:Dr. Bourke is the former (retired) Chief Psychologist for the U.S. Marshals and a George Washington University Professor. He served as the head of the USMS Behavioral Analysis Unit. He was a sworn federal law enforcement officer and certified polygraph examiner; before his deputation with the USMS he worked in local\, state\, and federal corrections for 20 years\, including eight years evaluating and treating sex offenders at a federal prison.
