Students and staff may submit a work order for maintenance or housekeeping concerns by completing the work order form linked below.
Book an Event
All staff, students, and faculty with a UTSouthern.edu account can book events through our convenient online form. Follow the easy instructions to secure your preferred space and date.
Important note for events with minors: If you’re planning an on-campus event that includes minors, please review our Programs for Minors informational page for essential guidelines and requirements.
- Visit this link.
- Sign in with your UT Southern email address and password. Accept the Duo push notification if prompted
- Click “Request Service”
- Fill out all of the required fields and click “Submit.”
Campus Mail Services
The Mail Services Office is open to assist faculty, staff, and students during the following times:
