A standing ovation for Dr. Andrew Martin and Dr. Peter Douglas, assistant professors of music, for their superb direction and accompaniment of the “Women of Song” choral performance.
Over 200 enthusiastic audience members enjoyed the talent of four choirs, totaling 66 musicians, on Sunday afternoon, March 10. The performance was enriched by soloists Hannah Hedgepeth, Holli Loveless, and Ema Wilbanks from the student body; Dr. Jennifer Aust from the faculty; and community member Mr. Daniel Roberts. Faculty members Dr. Brant Harwell and Ms. Desiree Stone featured as instrumentalists, alongside Dr. Douglas on the piano.
