The University of Tennessee Southern is honored to announce a visit from UT System President Randy Boyd to our campus on Thursday, January 25, 2024. This visit underscores President Boyd’s commitment to engaging directly with our community and understanding the unique dynamics of each campus within the UT System.
President Boyd’s visit to UT Southern is a part of his ongoing initiative to connect with students, faculty, and staff across the state, fostering an environment of open communication and collaboration. During his visit, he will meet with students to hear their input firsthand and will host an open forum Q&A session with faculty and staff where he will also share important updates about campus improvements and upcoming initiatives.
The visit will conclude with President Boyd attending the women’s and men’s basketball games, at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM respectively, as the Firehawks take on the Middle State Georgia Knights at the Curry Athletic Complex.
