A Special Keynote Event with Chris Edmonds
Join us for an unforgettable evening with Chris Edmonds, son of son of WWII hero Master Sergeant Roddie Edmonds, who saved over 200 Jewish American soldiers from Nazis by defying orders in a German POW camp. Chris became a “history detective” to uncover this story after his father’s death, chronicling it in the book No Surrender, revealing his father’s extraordinary bravery. This special event, in coordination with the Tennessee Holocaust Commission, includes a keynote address and a book signing.

This event is free and open to the public. We encourage students, faculty, staff, and community members to attend.
