Biography

Cody Turley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with extensive experience in forensic and financial accounting. He has served as an Enforcement Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as Chief Accountant of Enforcement for the Arizona Corporation Commission, and as a consultant for contracts with the Department of Justice. In these roles, he led government investigations into financial and accounting frauds—including large-scale Ponzi schemes, financial statement misrepresentations, and international bribery—and has provided testimony in federal criminal court and state hearings. He holds a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Arizona and a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University–Idaho.
