Biography

Dan Scherr holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy Administration with a Terrorism, Mediation, and Peace focus from Walden University, an MBA from American Military University, and a BA in Spanish Language and Literature from North Carolina State. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Army veteran with over two decades of experience in homeland security and operations. Research interests include Cybersecurity, Homeland Security, Terrorism, and Business.
