PULASKI, Tenn. — The University of Tennessee Southern (UT Southern) has joined the Tennessee 4-H Horizon Award Scholarship Program, creating a new scholarship opportunity for outstanding Tennessee 4-H members who choose to continue their education at UT Southern.
