Grace Hlubb Academic Success Coach

Biography

Grace Hlubb serves as an Academic Success Coach at the University of Tennessee Southern, where she provides individualized academic advising and student success support to first-time freshmen and transfer students. She works closely with students to develop academic plans, connect them with campus resources, integrate career development into their educational journeys, and promote student engagement, persistence, and degree completion.

Prior to joining The Center for Academic Advising & Career Development, Grace served as the Campus Engagement and Enrollment Experience Coordinator in the Office of Admissions, where she managed the Welcome Center, coordinated campus visits and recruitment events, supervised Student Ambassadors and Orientation Leaders, and supported strategic enrollment and student success initiatives. Her professional interests include student success, leadership development, strategic planning, and creating meaningful, student-centered experiences that foster belonging and achievement.
